What You'll Do
- - Own and ship features end-to-end: Next.js/React frontend, Python FastAPI backend, Supabase (Postgres)
- - Build real-time dashboards for call analytics, lead scoring, and pipeline management
- - Integrate with Salesforce, WhatsApp Business API, and telephony systems (FreeSWITCH, Exotel)
- - Work with Celery workers, Redis, and DuckDB for async processing and analytics
- - Deploy to Hetzner k3s clusters; own your service's observability and reliability
What We're Looking For
- - Strong fundamentals in CS (data structures, system design, networking)
- - Proficiency with TypeScript/React and Python; comfortable across the stack

What You'll Do
- - Be the technical face of Zetta Tech at client sites—understand their workflows, pain points, and goals

What You'll Do
- - Research the Indian real estate market—segment developers, map buying signals, and build target-account lists
- - Run outbound: prospect developers over calls, WhatsApp, and email; book and run product demos
- - Execute demand-gen campaigns (content, email, LinkedIn, events like CREDAI/NAREDCO) and nurture inbound leads
- - Own CRM hygiene and revenue operations—we dogfood our own platform, so you'll live in it daily
- - Track the funnel: build dashboards on pipeline, conversion, and campaign ROI, and report what's working
- - Partner with the founding team on pricing experiments, positioning, and closing early deals
What We're Looking For
- - MBA/BBA from a good business school preferred—but we care more about hustle than pedigree

- - Sharp communication in English plus at least one of Tamil, Hindi, or Telugu

Absolutely. We offer 2-month, 6-month, and 12-month internships designed for students from premier institutes. You'll work on production systems from day one—not side projects. Many of our best hires started as interns. If you perform well, a full-time offer follows naturally.
At a large company, you'll own a small piece of a big machine. Here, you'll own entire features that ship to real users within your first week. You'll learn full-stack engineering, product thinking, and AI—not just one narrow function. The learning curve is steeper, but so is the growth. We use agentic AI coding tools as a core part of our development workflow—not as a novelty. Engineers who effectively leverage AI tools ship 3-5x faster. Yes. We look at proof of work first, pedigree second. If you've built impressive things—open source projects, shipped products, won hackathons, or solved real problems—we want to talk. The "premier institute" preference is because it's a signal, but it's not the only signal. Show us what you've built and we'll evaluate on merit.
